With more than 1,400 exhibitors and 50,000 senior mobile leaders from 200 countries, The Mobile World Congress is the largest annual mobile technology exhibition worldwide. It brings together leading mobile operators and venders across the world, allowing them to showcase the latest and most innovative products and solutions in the mobile industry.
SEDCO had presented its revolutionary Customer Interaction Management Solution to its visitors. The solution consists of self service outlets and Kiosks as well as a customer visit management solution. Self-service outlets and Kiosks enable Telecom Operators to sell products and provide services to customers anywhere anytime. And when customers enter into a Telecom branch, the “Customer Visit Management®” solution enables a better customer experience while having better control on business performance.
