SEDCO has participated in Mobile World Congress (MWC 2024), the largest Exhibition for telecom professionals and industry, held in Barcelona, Spain from 26 – 29 February.

Throughout the four-day event, telecom operators and experts from various industries had the chance to witness a live demo of SEDCO’s Phygital Customer Experience Management Solutions, including self-service, queue management and virtual meeting solutions, aiming to bridge the gap between physical and digital channels, while reducing waiting times, optimizing staff utilization, and transforming customer experience.

SEDCO showcased its self-service machines, designed for deployment in high-traffic locations, ensuring 24/7 availability of telecom services, such as sim card issuance and renewal, bill payment/top-up, mobile money (cash in/cash out), and third-party payments such as electricity or water payments.

Additionally, attendees experienced demonstration of  SEDCO’s virtual meeting solution, FASTSERV® Meet, highlighting how it offers telecom customers with convenient service  anywhere, anytime. This solution  empowers telecom operators to differentiate their business and reduce the need for additional staff or branches.
