Saudi Telecom Company (STC) adopts queue management system from SEDCO for more branches

Riyadh, KSA – STC is adopting smart queuing solution from SEDCO for more of its branches in KSA. The queue solution grants the telecom company better queue management for the flow of its customers while optimizing performance.   

The queuing system integrates with the backend systems at STC, allowing the administration to pull out and view any customer or service related data.

The queue management system provides better monitoring and control over the company's branches. Utilizing easy-to-read business monitoring maps, the manager can instantly view the performance of the branches and take the necessary action.

The company collects customers' feedback before they leave the branch through small LCD touch screens, which offers better performance management of the branch and improves the overall customer experience.

STC can now prioritize its services and give special attention to VIP customers, thanks to the customer identification facility that the queue management system provides. Customers insert their phone numbers into the service kiosks. The system then recognizes the customer's segment and notifies the branch manager about the presence of any VIP customers.

The adopted queue management solution assists STC to create a more organized work environment with minimal workload and elevated productivity, while cutting down on costs and saving the customers' precious time.
