SEDCO highlights latest Customer Experience Management solutions at Seamless Middle East 2017

Dubai, UAE – In its pursuit to empower businesses with exceptional innovations, SEDCO has demonstrated its latest Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions in Seamless Middle East/ Payment Show 2017, held 1-2 May in Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Center.

During the event, SEDCO introduced the smart branch experience to meet the different customer journey scenarios, in branch and out, including its latest kiosks and CONSULTA® machines, where a remote agent is available via video call to provide services and assistance 24/7, as well as the scent and temperature control which creates a relaxing atmosphere inside the branches, resulting in better brand recognition and increased purchase intention.

Specialists from Banks and other industries were interested in SEDCO’s Omni-channel marketing engine that allows businesses to promote targeted advertisements to different customer segments across all of their interaction touchpoints including mobile app, SMS, printed ticket, kiosk screen, customer feedback device, customer screen, digital signage, and social media.

Expo visitors were also impressed by the 3-in-1 customer screen solution which reflects exceptional brand image and allows businesses to promote their products, while speeding up customers’ transactions, and getting customer feedback.

SEDCO’s participation in the event was organized in cooperation with its partner Advantech; during the 2-day event, experts from the payments, retail, e-commerce and other industries visited the booth and showed keen interest in the integrated CEM solutions.
