SEDCO proudly sponsors the Customer Experience Transformation conference at Warsaw

Warsaw –Poland, SEDCO, a global leader in providing comprehensive Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, participated as a technology sponsor in the Customer Experience Transformation conference held 12th and 13th December in Warsaw -Poland.

The conference, which was hosted by Puls Biznesu Magazine at Novotel Hotel in Warsaw, brought together 60 CEM leaders from the banking sector, telecommunications, insurance, energy and other businesses to discuss the latest innovations connected with Customer Experience Management.

In the 2-day event, SEDCO took part as a sponsor, exhibitor and panelist, along with keynote speakers from various industries who introduced the latest trends and practices in customer experience management.

SEDCO’s Executive Director, Mr. Sa’d Salah, participated as a panelist in the conference’s closing panel where he talked about the latest solutions used to enhance the customers’ journey involving the physical branch visit.
