SEDCO participates in Retail Show Middle East 2016 in Dubai

Utilizing SEDCO’s mobile application, customers can locate the nearest stores to them with the least wait time and get easily navigable GPS directions with just a few touches on their mobile phones or tablets, granting them speed and convenience while radically transforming the retail shops, by reducing or even eliminating queues. 


Farah also illuminated how the system manages the crowds at checkout points and fairly distributes customers one-by-one to the next available counter, ensuring a quick and smooth service. Customers can also perform checkout by themselves through the system’s self service kiosks, and even purchase products through SEDCO’s automated self service shops, optimizing processes and eliminating the need for human intervention. SEDCO’s CEM solutions enable retailers to better serve their customers, turning occasional customers to recurring happy ones. The solutions are also viable for other verticals, such as financial institutions, telecom operators and the public sector.
