Al Rajhi Bank continues its long-term collaboration with SEDCO towards providing a great customer experience, through implementing queue management solutions in more than 1019 branches across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  

SEDCO queue management system includes an advanced customer identification feature that gives customers the flexibility to use for identification either a Saudi ID number, Saudi ID card account number, ATM card, CIC, or residency ID number.  

The acquired queuing system is empowered with an advanced business intelligence tool that compiles and analyzes customer data, as the central management feature allows Al Rajhi branch managers to monitor the service counters in each branch through real-time dashboards and monitoring maps. Therefore, they are able to generate insightful reports and detailed analyses of branch performance, in order to implement corrective measures towards improving their service and the customer journey.

All branches’ digital screens are integrated with the queuing system, enabling the bank to display queuing information and targeted ads about the latest banking services to boost sales and revenue, in addition to audio announcements to call the next customer.
