Evolis Presents Instant Card Issuance Demo through SEDCO’s latest Self-Service Machine at Seamless Middle East 2022

Dubai, UAE – Evolis, SEDCO’s strategic partner headquartered in France - highlighted the latest digital branch transformation solutions from SEDCO in Seamless Middle East 2022, Dubai’s largest fintech, e-commerce, and retail exhibition, held in Dubai World Trade Centre from 31 May to 1 June.

During the 2-day event, Evolis showcased a live demo of instant card issuance experience via SEDCO’s latest self-service kiosk, CONSULTA®130, for stand visitors, giving them the opportunity to interact with the machine. The self-service machine provides 24/7 banking services including opening a new account, Instant ATM card issuance/renewal, cheque deposit, cheque leaf printing, account statement printing, KYC customer identification, cash payments, and remittance.

CONSULTA®130 self-service machine provides video conferencing facility, enabling customers to communicate with a backend agent, and all services are provided while the customer is seated for more convenience.

Moreover, SEDCO’s system through its Business Intelligence (BI) tools offers in-depth reports about the machines’ performance, revenue per transaction, customers’ traffic, services demand, inventory and cash management report, and many other reports. The solution also displays targeted ads to customers based on their interests and profiles, increasing cross-selling opportunities.
