The General Treasury in Morocco transforms more branches with SEDCO advanced Queue Management Solution
In line with its vision to provide a superior service to citizens, the General Treasury of the Kingdom of Morocco (TGR) upgraded more branches with SEDCO smart queuing system, transforming a total of 197 service centers.
TGR is one of the most important administrations of the Ministry of Economy and Finance that is responsible for all the financial activities in the kingdom. The advanced queuing system from SEDCO enabled TGR to eliminate queues and better manage and control all branches across the kingdom.
SEDCO enterprise queue management system enabled citizens to conveniently print queue tickets from the ticketing kiosks and then they get notified about their turns via digital screens, which are integrated in the system software to display the queue info and update citizens with the latest regulatory laws and announcements. The smart queue system expedited services to citizens, including payment of taxes, tax certificates issuance, payment of money orders and scholarships, and many other services.
TGR management can easily monitor all service centers from the main branch, utilizing the system’s central management feature and advanced Business Intelligence platform, which allows managers to monitor the service counters through real-time dashboards, and generate rich statistical reports about the performance of service centers and employees, in order to make more strategic decisions. Meanwhile, the service employees have full control over queues.
