PCARD Group, SEDCO’s strategic partner in Morocco, highlighted SEDCO self-service machine and queue management solutions in Africa Pay & ID Expo, held in Hotel Rotana Palmeraie, Marrakech - Morocco from 26 to 28 May 2022.

Highlighting the concept of smart digital branches, PCARD showcased a live demo of SEDCO’s digital branch transformation solutions, giving stand visitors the opportunity to interact with the self-service machine firsthand which allows 24/7 services including instant card issuance, cheque deposit, cheque leaf /chequebook printing, account statement printing, remittance, and other types of services. SEDCO self-service kiosk enables customers to start a video call with a remote agent for assistance whenever needed, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in banks, telecom, utilities, and other sectors.
