SEDCO showcased its latest Digital Branch Transformation innovations in Seamless Middle East, Dubai on 10 and 11 April 2019.

Highlighting the concept of fewer, smaller and smarter banks’ branches, SEDCO demonstrated a live demo of the video banking machine to banks, which transforms the classical branches to smarter ones to ensure availability of teller services beyond the working hours in a cost effective manner, along with the ability to initiate a video call with a remote teller for CSR assistance 24/7.

Multiple services (such as cheque deposit, instant chequebook/cheque printing, account statement printing, card renewal, applying for a loan, transferring funds, and more) can easily be done via the self-service kiosks anytime anywhere, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
