SEDCO signs agreement with Cairo Amman Bank to implement self-service kiosks solutions in universities across Jordan

SEDCO signed an agreement with Cairo Amman bank (CAB) to adopt Digital Branch Transformation solutions, by installing 20 self-service machines across many universities in Jordan, empowering university students and staff to carry out many banking transactions through the machines 24/7. 

The kiosks will empower the students and staff to use their smart university cards as a University ID, allowing for customer identification and providing access to CAB’s services 24/7 including: University tuition payment, prepaid cards top-up, instant prepaid card issuance, money transfer between cards, and bill payment such as electricity and water bills through eFAWATEERCOM service.

Mohammad Adi, Regional Sales Manager at SEDCO stated, “Cairo Amman bank has always taken initiative in adopting the latest technologies to improve the customer experience. The self-service kiosks will enable university students and staff to perform many banking transactions round the clock.
                                                                                                           
“All of CAB’s machines will be empowered with an advanced business intelligence, live dashboards and maps to monitor the status of each machine, offering deep insights through reports, including: kiosk visits detailed report, transactions details report, and revenues growth analysis; to ensure better services and performance levels ,” added Adi.
