Barcelona – Spain, SEDCO continues its mission to deliver exceptional customer experience management solutions worldwide by participating in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018, the biggest global event for mobile technology, held from 26 February – 1 March in Barcelona, Spain.
This year SEDCO showcased its smart branch platform and beyond to telecom operators and other industries, starting with full live demos of its comprehensive CEM solutions that take the customer’s physical journey to a new level, including CEM mobile, queueing, scent and temperature control, digital signage and omni-channel feedback, with alternative channels containing self-service kiosks/ shops and virtual service machines which all can be installed in busy locations for more availability of services beyond branches and working hours, eliminating the need for physical shops.
MWC attendees had the opportunity to try out the new revolutionary virtual service machine (VSM) that enables customers to get assistance from a remote representative via video call. It is a cost effective service channel with accessibility to services anytime anywhere such as bill payment, registering new customers, selling SIM cards, top up, and other facilities.
SEDCO also introduced CxBuilder, an innovative self-service framework that allows businesses to build their own kiosk applications tailored to their needs, thus creating a smooth customer experience workflow that is fully integrated with the business’s backend system.
“Our participation in MWC comes as a step to provide businesses around the globe with the latest CEM platform that elevates the customer experience through comprehensive physical journey management that makes branches smarter and reduces OPEX.” stated Majdi Al Beit Shawish, CEO at SEDCO.
"SEDCO is committed to delivering innovative CEM solutions even beyond the smart branch concept to ensure the availability of services 24/7, “he added.
