Warsaw, Poland -  NFZ (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia), the national healthcare organization of Poland, has successfully implemented SEDCO's Queue Management solutions in collaboration with AJHmedia, significantly enhancing citizen journey and reducing wait times.

The solution includes several key components including ticketing software, digital signage, audio announcement and employee counter system all integrated to streamline NFZ operations and improve the visitors experience.

Citizens can choose the desired service from the kiosk such as informational services, health insurance, European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) card service, or medical equipment; as they obtain their ticket, they will be called to the right service counter.

The smart digital signage keep citizens informed of their turns via timely audio announcements and screens, providing better guidance and enhancing their overall experience. Additionally, the digital screens display real-time information and targeted health promotions, keeping citizens engaged and informed while they wait for their turns.

Moreover, the employee counter system optimizes staff efficiency by facilitating the prompt calling of visitors thereby minimizing delays, enhancing operational fluidity and ensuring a smoother citizen journey.

Sergey Nadtoka, SEDCO’s Business Development Manager, expressed pride in the collaboration, emphasizing its potential to redefine citizen journey standards in Poland’s governmental landscape.

Szymon Herka, Director of AJHmedia, stated, "In addition to online booking via the NFZ website, this initiative marks a significant leap forward for Poland's public sector, setting a new standard for service excellence and operational efficiency. We are confident that SEDCO's queue management system ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors."
