SEDCO highlights Customer Experience Management solutions at Africa Pay & ID Expo 2019 in Marrakesh

In cooperation with PCARD -its strategic partner in Morocco- SEDCO participated at Africa Pay and ID Expo on 29 and 30 March, in Marrakesh - Morocco.

SEDCO illustrated a live demo of CEM platform which gave the audience the opportunity to interact with SEDCO’s self-service kiosk, where many services such as cheque deposit, instant chequebook or cheque leaves printing, account statement printing, transferring funds, and other types of requests can easily be done by the customer anytime anywhere, ensuring a convenient customer journey and an exceptional banking experience.
