SEDCO participates in Mobile World Congress 2014

Barcelona, Spain – SEDCO, a leading provider of retail automation solutions for Telecom, participated in the annual Mobile World Congress 2014, held 24 - 27 February in Barcelona city, Spain.

The Mobile World Congress is the largest annual mobile technology exhibition worldwide. Every year the event attracts thousands of attendees from around the globe who are interested to know about the latest advancements in the telecom industry.

SEDCO’s main highlight this year was the launch of its latest addition to its already extensive range of retail automation products with the Top Up Kiosks, and the Registration Device.  With these additions SEDCO brings the telecom operators much closer to their customers. And by adopting such solutions both in-premises and in public places, telecom operators can thus provide services to their clients anytime anywhere, which will greatly reduce costs, eliminate workload for the employees, and eventually increase revenues.

SEDCO showcased other innovative products and solutions which are all specially tailored to enhance the customer experience and to grant telecom operators better management and control of their branches, such as the self service kiosk shops, which is a fully automated shop that provides all services in addition to selling and dispensing. SEDCO also presented self service kiosks of different models. The kiosks allow telecom customers to obtain many services partially or completely by themselves, such as bill payment, subscription, issuance of new sim cards, and so on.

SEDCO also presented its innovative Customer Experience Management solution, which is an advanced system that allows telecom operators to handle all the processes of the customer's visit. The solution offers a better customer experience while having better control on business performance. Many visitors to the event showed keen interest in SEDCO's products and solutions.
