SEDCO’s Interactive Banking Machine - a smart Customer Experience Management solution for banks highlighted at Seamless 2018

Dubai, UAE – With the aim of introducing the most convenient customer journey solutions to the banking sector, SEDCO has showcased its latest innovative Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions in Seamless Middle East/ Payment Show 2018, held 15-16 April in Dubai.

During the event, SEDCO presented the smart digital branch experience, manifested in a new generation of CEM solutions including the self-service platform that offers teller-less branches experience, enabling banks’ customers to perform any type of banking transactions by themselves beyond the working hours. SEDCO’s kiosks come pre-loaded with various customizable services and payment options including new customer onboarding, ATM card issuance and renewal, cheque deposit, personalized cheque printing, and all types of applications including loans, checkbook, knowing your customer (KYC), and others.
