Barcelona, Spain – SEDCO, a leading provider of specialized IT solutions, has participated in the Mobile World Congress 2015, held 2 –5 March in Barcelona city, Spain.

The Mobile World Congress is the largest and most influential mobile event worldwide. Attended this year by more than 93,000 visitors from 200 countries, it brought together leading telecom operators and venders in the broader mobile ecosystem, and gave them the opportunity to present the latest products and solutions in the mobile industry.

SEDCO showcased a range of innovative products and solutions, which all aim at offering telecom operators better management and control of their interactions with customers. During the expo, SEDCO launched its latest innovations in Customer Experience Platform. This includes Customer Experience Management system, assisted self service kiosks, and retail automation.

Customer Experience Management is an advanced system that allows telecom operators to have full control over business performance while transforming the customer experience into an enjoyable and memorable one. Self-service kiosks allow telecom customers to obtain some services partially and completely by themselves, such as bill payment, new subscription, issuance of a new SIM card, and so on, whereas self-service shops enable customers to purchase physical products by themselves, such as mobile phones, SIM cards, and tablets.

"We understand that there are different types of customers and transactions," said Majdi Shawish, SEDCO's CEO.  "For each combination of customers and transactions we provide an optimal technology to perform the desired transaction in the most rewarding way," he added.

SEDCO also launched a new kiosk model, which allows for mobile money, including cash accepting and dispensing. SEDCO's booth in the expo was visited by a big number of attendees, in addition to key makers in the telecom industry, who showed keen interest to invest in SEDCO's powerful solutions.
