Featuring SEDCO’s Self-Service Solutions; Compucard Hosts Exclusive Event for Main Banks, Payment Service Providers and Financial Institutions in Lebanon

Beirut, Lebanon - Compucard, in collaboration with SEDCO and other digital transformation and payment solution providers, has successfully orchestrated an exclusive Round Table Forum event, held from October 10th to 12th, 2023, at Sofitel Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon. This event brought together customer experience management leaders and suppliers to showcase their digital transformation offerings and payment solutions, fostering meaningful interactions and networking opportunities with banking professionals.

During the event, attendees from various financial institutions participated in four dynamic discussions and pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings. The forum aimed to facilitate networking, knowledge sharing, and exploration of SEDCO's digital branch transformation solutions, emphasizing their potential to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations in the banking sector.

As a participant representing SEDCO, Rushdi Al-Kukhun, Business Development Manager for the Levant region, highlighted SEDCO’s Phygital customer experience transformation solutions including self-service and advanced queue management system to bridge between digital and physical channels, satisfy business needs and streamline customer experience across all possible channels.

Over the course of three days, Al-Kukhun engaged in discussions with customers on various topics, including Instant Card Issuance Kiosks, Money Exchange Kiosks, and how self-service solutions can enable 24/7 access to banking services without the need to expand branch sizes or staff numbers, ultimately taking banking experiences to the next level.
