SEDCO Accelerates Saudi Arabia’s Digital Healthcare Vision at Global Health 2025

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — SEDCO reinforced its strong presence in the MENA region as a leading provider of smart health technologies during its participation at the Global Health Exhibition Saudi Arabia 2025. The company showed how its AI-powered solutions are helping hospitals and clinics in the Kingdom improve patient care and support the goals of Vision 2030.

A major highlight of SEDCO’s presence at the exhibition was the introduction of its newest innovation, the Telehealth Pod—an AI-driven, self-service medical pod designed to make healthcare more accessible and efficient. Hospitals can install it anywhere, from pharmacies and rural clinics to hotels, universities, ports, and border checkpoints.

 The self-service pod enables patients to take their own vital measurements and receive instant triage support through an interactive AI assistant before connecting with doctors via teleconsultation. This breakthrough innovation reflects SEDCO’s commitment to expanding smart healthcare availability across Saudi Arabia, following its earlier announcement about deploying Telehealth Pods in collaboration with key health entities. 

Alongside the Telehealth Pod, SEDCO showcased its comprehensive portfolio of smart healthcare solutions, trusted by leading hospitals across Saudi Arabia, including its Patient Flow Management System, AI-powered Virtual Assistant, Teleconsultation and Virtual Meeting platforms, mobile app, and a wide range of self-service registration and check-in kiosks. These integrated solutions help hospitals and clinics manage high patient volumes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver seamless, patient-centered experiences. 

Global Health 2025 also provided an important opportunity for SEDCO to highlight its growing strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia. The company recently signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding with NUPCO to drive digital healthcare initiatives aligned with Vision 2030. This collaboration represents an important step toward enhancing access to healthcare services and improving patient experience by advancing digital capabilities within the national healthcare system.

 In parallel, SEDCO signed an MOU with Cloud Solutions to implement advanced technologies at SIGAL Clinics, enabling smarter and more efficient care delivery. SEDCO also entered a strategic partnership with ATS to elevate Patient Experience Management across the Kingdom.
