Benin, November 6, 2023 – MTN Benin, a subsidiary of the MTN Group, has transformed its customer experience by introducing SEDCO's self-service kiosks across its four branches in collaboration with its strategic partner Quality Corporate in Benin.

The advanced self-service machines now offer customers 24 hours SIM dispensing, cash-in/ cash-out transactions, and activation of telecom bundles around the clock. Customers can access vital telecom services at their convenience, ensuring a seamless experience at any time.

The smart self-service kiosks incorporate KYC (Know Your Customer), fingerprint reader, cameras, and digital signature for customer’s verification and security; Allowing quick SIM card verification, recording, and activation in minutes.
